FOOD PAIRINGS
FOOD PAIRINGS
Rosé is light, crisp, and full of vibrant flavours, making it an ideal match for a wide variety of dishes, from seafood to grilled meats to light salads.
Rosé is incredibly versatile and pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes. Its bright acidity and fresh fruit flavours complement seafood like prawns, crab, lobster, and grilled fish, while also cutting through the richness of grilled meats such as chicken, pork, or lamb. Rosé also works wonderfully with pasta, especially light tomato-based, seafood, or vegetable dishes, and can enhance creamy sauces without overpowering them.
Serve chilled for summer lunches, relaxed dinners, or al fresco evenings — a glass of rosé is the perfect companion for fresh, seasonal food.
