Delivery Info

All our orders are dispatched using a next-day courier service to ensure your wines arrive quickly and safely. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take up to 3 working days.

All parcels are sent on a fragile service to protect your bottles in transit and require a signature on delivery. If you’d prefer your parcel to be left in a safe place, please include clear delivery instructions at checkout.

We offer free delivery on orders over £85. For orders under this amount, a £9.99 delivery charge applies.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver internationally at this time.

Pickup Your Order

If you live locally, you can take advantage of our Pickup service — simply order online and pick up your wines from our Cellar Door Shop, Monday to Friday from 11am - 4pm.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly so you can enjoy your wine without delay.

Saturday delivery options are possible at extra cost - please contact us on info@giffordshall.co.uk

Returns

No traditionally made good wine is without risk of a small % of oxidisation.  If you are, unluckily, the recipient of a corked bottle, please return it to us within 3 days and we will have it professionally checked for oxidisation and, if it is substandard, we will replace it together with postage costs.
