Refund policy
Tour Refund Policy:
All large tours booked require a 50% deposit paid to confirm date and time.
Large Tours 8pp + may be cancelled within 6 working days for 100% refund after which no refund will be given as staff are booked and catering ordered.
Vineyard Tours will not be refunded on cancellation but every effort will be made to re-book another date. To reschedule a tour, we need at least 72 hours notice. Tours cancelled less than 72 hours notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Tour gift vouchers will not be refunded or extended after the valid date but under special circumstances may be re-booked on to a Grand Tour. The Grand Tour is guided and includes a full tasting experience but is not a private tour - canapés are included but not cheese plates. Dates may be found on the website under the Grand tour tab. Contact us if you wish to do this.
Wine Refund Policy
We want you to enjoy every bottle of Giffords Hall wine! If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 14 days at info@giffordshall.co.uk, and we’ll happily sort it out.

Bought from us directly? We can offer a replacement or refund if there’s a confirmed fault. Please keep the bottle and packaging for inspection.

Bought from a retailer? If your wine came from a third-party stockist like Waitrose, please return it to them — we aren’t able to process these refunds ourselves.

Opened bottles: We cannot offer refunds for bottles that have been opened and consumed, unless there’s a confirmed fault.
