Tour Questions

How do I use my Tour Voucher?

From December 2024 we have changed our tour booking system. If you have a Voucher for a Private Tour please give us a call on 01284 830799 so we can book you in. Remember to have your voucher code to hand.

Tour & Tasting Vouchers can be used to book online.

How far is the Vineyard?

It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Vineyard over meadowland. Best to leave the high heels at home.

How long does a Tour last?

Tours last 1.5 - 2 hours. The guides enjoy a good chat so do get involved.

What month is best to visit?

Join us in early Spring and you can see the start of bud burst. The vines are starting to grow and come to life.

Summer sees the grapes grow and start to change colour. The vines are looking green and lush and the warm weather is ideal for outdoor tastings.

September to October sees harvest which is the busiest and possibly the most exiciting time of the vineyard year. Grape picking and pressing is in full flow.

Can I bring my dog on a tour?

We are very happy for dogs to come on the tour but we do ask that they are kept on a lead.

Can you cater for me?

If you have any allergies please let us know. We can provide vegan, dairy free and gluten free options but we do need to know in advance.

Do you have a car park?

We have plenty of parking at the Vineyard.

How do I find you?

We are in the outskirts of a small village so public transport links are poor. The good news is we are easily accessible by car and we have lots of parking.

If you are looking to get a taxi after the tour, it is highly recommended to pre book. The nearest taxi firm is 20 minutes away and it is very rare that they can arrive immediately.
