We are proud to share that Giffords Hall Pinot Noir is back in stock.
This is a small-batch, single-varietal Pinot Noir, crafted from our hand-selected Burgundy clone grapes. Light-bodied yet expressive, it’s perfect for those who enjoy a fruit-forward, refreshing, and easygoing red. Bursting with notes of cherry, plum, and sweet spice, and underpinned by gentle earthiness, it’s a beautifully balanced wine with soft tannins and a smooth, lingering finish.
A refined and approachable choice for any occasion — and now officially award-winning.

Crafted from Burgundian clones of Pinot Noir, with 30% whole-cluster fermentation to bring complexity, fragrance and structure.
Fermented gently over two weeks at 22–24°C, with careful extraction to preserve the delicate character of the fruit.
The wine was then matured in a combination of first- and second-fill French oak barrels and stainless steel, balancing subtle oak influence with freshness and elegance.
