Pinot Noir 24, a beautifully balanced, light-bodied red with silky, smooth tannins and vibrant fresh fruit character. Aromas of ripe strawberry and red cherry lead into layers of plum and sweet spice, underpinned by a gentle earthiness.

Fermented in stainless steel for two weeks with 50% whole clusters, then aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, this wine reveals subtle complexity and depth while remaining refreshing and effortless to drink.

TASTING NOTES

A refined, light-bodied red that combines vibrant fruit with silky, smooth tannins.

  • Appearance

A bright ruby-red hue with delicate clarity, catching the light beautifully in the glass.

  • Aroma

Fresh and fragrant, with inviting notes of ripe strawberry, red cherry, and a hint of sweet spice. Subtle undertones of rose petal and soft earthiness add depth and charm.

  • Palate (Taste)

Juicy and vibrant, bursting with flavours of cherry, plum, and wild berries. Gentle oak influence brings a touch of vanilla and spice, balanced by lively acidity. The texture is silky and smooth, leading to a graceful, lingering finish.

FOOD PAIRINGS

A wonderfully versatile wine that complements a wide range of dishes.

Its bright acidity and soft tannins make it a natural match for roast duck, pan-seared salmon, or herb-crusted lamb.

The wine’s gentle spice and red fruit character also pair beautifully with wild mushroom risotto, tomato-based pasta dishes, or Mediterranean favourites such as grilled vegetables and tapenade.

For a relaxed occasion, enjoy it slightly chilled alongside charcuterie, soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert, or roasted beetroot salad.
