TASTING NOTES

  • Appearance

A light ruby red with a soft, delicate glow—elegant and inviting in the glass.

  • Aroma (Nose)

Bright and fresh with aromas of strawberries, red cherries, and a hint of raspberries. There’s a touch of floral sweetness and a gentle earthiness in the background, adding a nice bit of depth.

  • Palate (Taste)

Light, smooth, and bursting with juicy red berry flavours like cranberry and wild strawberries, balanced by a hint of spice and a subtle herbal note.

  • Body

Soft and silky with refreshing acidity that gives it a lively, crisp edge. Clean and elegant, with lingering red fruit flavours and a touch of gentle spice.

FOOD PAIRINGS

This elegant Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with roast lamb or duck, its soft tannins complementing rich, savoury flavours.

It also works wonderfully with tomato-based dishes like pasta, stews, or ratatouille, and adds depth to mildly spiced poultry or pork.

For a lighter option, enjoy it alongside soft cheeses such as Brie or Camembert, allowing its cherry, plum, and subtle spice notes to shine.
