Wonderfully dry in a Cotes du Provence style, a careful blend of hand-picked Madeleine Angevine and Rondo, a deep red grape which affords its pretty pink blush. 

The grapes are pressed together and fermented in stainless steel at 20 degrees for around two weeks before resting on the lees for a further seven days ahead of malolactic fermentation.

TASTING NOTES

From year to year, it keeps its distinctive wild strawberry bouquet with white fruit and flowers, but in recent years it has developed notes of raw sugar and pink grapefruit.

    A pale, delicate pink that looks as refreshing as it tastes—perfect for a sunny day - or any day.
  • Aroma (Nose)
    Fresh and fruity, with lovely aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of citrus. You’ll also catch a subtle floral note, like rose petals, that adds a touch of elegance.
  • Palate (Taste)
    From year to year, it keeps its distinctive wild strawberry bouquet with white fruit and flowers, but in recent years it has developed notes of raw sugar and pink grapefruit.

  • Body
    Light and smooth, with a nice balance of acidity that keeps things lively. It’s like a gentle breeze on a warm day.

    Clean and refreshing, with a hint of red fruit that lingers just long enough to make you want another sip.

Rose is light, crisp, and full of vibrant flavours, making it an ideal match for a wide variety of dishes, from seafood to grilled meats to light salads.

  • Seafood

-Grilled shrimp or prawns with a citrusy marinade. Seared tuna or salmon, especially with a light vinaigrette or citrus glaze. Shellfish like oysters, mussels, or lobster.

  • Salads

-Fresh summer salads with mixed greens, goat cheese, and a light vinaigrette. Watermelon and feta salad, which pairs perfectly with the fresh, fruity notes of Rose. Or why not try Caprese salad with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic.
