Light-bodied yet expressive, it’s perfect for those who enjoy a fruit-forward, refreshing, and easygoing red. Bursting with notes of cherry, plum, and sweet spice, and underpinned by gentle earthiness, it’s a beautifully balanced wine with soft tannins and a smooth, lingering finish.

Awarded a Silver Medal at the IEWA 2025, this Pinot Noir was recognised for its elegance, balance, and varietal expression — a true achievement for English red wine. Light-bodied yet full of character, it offers vibrant notes of cherry and plum layered with sweet spice and the warm, earthy undertones that define the variety.
Soft tannins and a smooth, lingering finish make it a perfect pairing for lamb, duck, or tomato-based dishes.
This is a small-batch, single-varietal Pinot Noir, made from hand-selected Burgundy clone grapes grown on our estate. Fermented in stainless steel with three daily pump-overs during fermentation, then aged for a minimum of ten months in French oak barrels, this wine reflects both precision winemaking and a deep respect for the grape.
