One of our best selling sparkling wines, the Brut Reserve NV is a house blend from our barrel-aged reserves. It sits on its lees for a minimum of 11 months before its bottled.

All our wines and liqueurs are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. 

Tasting Notes

Gently refreshing with a lovely mouthfeel, it has a soft fruit character redolent of red apples and subtle spice.

Pairings

As an aperitif, or pair with soft, creamy cheeses for a palate-cleansing effect.
