Vineyard Cottage

Our charming two bedroom cottage, formerly the old dairy, has been converted to a high standard with spacious rooms and a wood burner.

Vineyard Cottage has two beautiful bedrooms, the large master with tempur mattress and French doors opening to a patio area , and a cosy twin bed room.

It has two underfloor heated bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bath. The property is furnished with genuine antiques and designer fabrics.

Vineyard Cottage is tucked away and is very private. It is situated off a small country lane and looks over a meadow with trees and a small lake.

There are some great pubs within walking distance, and excellent restaurants a short drive away.

The historic town of Lavenham, (of Harry Potter fame) is nearby. Bury St Edmunds offers visitor friendly Ickworth House and park and the deeply historic cathedral is roughly 20 mins away.

Long Melford, famous for its galleries and antique shopping, is just down the road. Kentwell Hall and Melford Hall are both open to visitors.

Vineyard Cottage has great hiking from the doorstep, plus horse riding, kayaking, and cycling available nearby. Hire an electric bike from Suffolk E-Bike Hire and explore the countryside.

The famous beaches of Aldeburgh and Southwold are also within striking distance.

Sadly, we are unable to take dogs as we have sheep and peacocks.

"Beautiful area right next to the vineyard but private. Easy to get to the local pub with good food. The cottage itself was a lovely conversion and the decor was fab. Nice kitchen and handily, two bathrooms"

"A lovely spacious barn conversion tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable bed. The bedroom and lounge open up to a private area with lovely view out to the meadow. Interesting to walk through the vineyard and visit the shop".
