Awarded a Gold Medal at the IEWA 2025, our Bacchus 2024 is a fabulous example of what England’s signature white grape can achieve in the right hands — and the right climate.
Crafted from 30-year-old vines grown on our Suffolk estate, this wine captures the essence of English summer. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented at a cool 16°C in stainless steel, preserving the wine’s zesty acidity and vivid aromatics.
Expect bright layers of elderflower, lime, and green apple, with a refreshing, dry finish. Reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc in style, but unmistakably English in character.
