Our Bacchus is a fresh, delicate single estate white wine produced every year since 2009. A favourite with the judges, it expresses the complexity of the Bacchus varietal and benefits from ample time resting on its lees.
Tasting Notes
Fresh aromas of elderflower, nettle and punchy green fruit. A hint of lychee can be tasted on the palate with a flinty finish.

Scallops, sea bream, and white meats. Pea risotto and asparagus with summer herbs.
