Our Bacchus is a fresh, delicate single estate wine produced every year since 2009. A favourite with the judges, it expresses the complexity of the Bacchus varietal and benefits from ample time resting on its lees.
Fresh aromas of elderflower, nettle and punchy green fruit. A hint of lychee can be tasted on the palate with a flinty finish.
Scallops, sea bream, and white meats. Pea risotto and asparagus with summer herbs.
