Made with 80% fresh homegrown apples, no sugar added and distilled with a very fine, high-grade pure alcohol. This smells of apples and spices and is a very good pudding accompaniment.
We prefer it chilled like schnapps and it is wonderfully refreshing after a large meal, or simply with fruit and cheese.

The Brudenell's Signature: Suffolk Apple and Pear Martini
- 50ml Giffords Hall Apple liqueur
- 25 ml Pear Vodka
- 10 ml of sugar syrup
- 35 ml cloudy apple juice
Pour into the cocktail shaker with ice, stirred not shaken. Top tip: don't shake as it 'bruises' the liqueur and makes the martini watery.
