Our Pinot Noir / Rondo blend takes its namesake from the historic St Edmundsbury Cathedral, which once grew vines within its abbey walls. In the medieval period, a third of the tithe to Rome was paid in hogsheads of wine. It is this heritage which has inspired our best-selling English red.
As featured in the Matthew Jukes' Top 100 Wines from the Vineyard show 2023.
