Our Raspberry liqueur has a velvet finish, with a palate of fresh berry fruit and honey notes. It’s rich and intense, almost like a coulis.
It is a blend of locally grown fruit and the finest grade alcohol. Perfect for cocktails or as a delicious aperitif: we splash a little in the sparkling, or you can use Cava or Prosseco for a fresh 'Kir Royale’.

Suffolk Raspberry Cosmopolitan
- 50 ml Giffords Hall Raspberry liqueur
- 15 ml Currant flavoured Vodka
- 10 ml Cointreau
- 1/2 Squeezed Lime
- 50 ml Cranberry juice
Pour into the shaker, shake and serve.
