Since 2009, we've been crafting English still and sparkling wines here in rural Suffolk.

Situated between Bury St Edmunds and Sudbury, our charming 19-acre vineyard is nestled on an ancient glacial riverbed, —an ideal setting for growing grapes that are naturally high in sugars and acidity.

about us

  • The Vineyard

    Our 19 acre site in Hartest sits on an ancient glacial riverbed with a unique soil composition of sandy loam and gravel. This is home to our vines which are over 30 years old.

    New vines have recently been planted at our Wickhambrook vineyard widening our variety of grapes and opportunity.

  • The Grapes

    Our vineyards cultivate various grape varieties including Bacchus, Rondo, Madeleine Angevine, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc. Recent additions of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Meunier signal our commitment to expanding our selection.

    The Wine

    Pinot Noir 2023 is the latest addition to our range of Award Winning Still and Sparkling wines.

    To date our wines have won 2 Gold Medals, 6 Silver Medals and 11 Bronze medals from the Independent English Wine Awards, as well as medals from Wine GB, Decanter World Wine Awards and Wine GB East.
